Mêtis Reconnect – Reconnecting teams to strengthen cohesion, engagement, and alignment

You are a manager, a leader, and you need to develop your team’s cohesion and strengthen bonds of trust.

Over two days, immersed in the Basque Country, we offer activities including mountain hiking, surf initiation, and coaching workshops to allow the team to step back, reconnect with the essentials, and define their roadmap for maintaining lasting cohesion.

Half-board in hotel, individual room near Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Guéthary, or Ciboure.

Day 1

Arrival, immersion in nature

Morning: Arrival and settling in

  • Participants’ arrival: Welcome and program presentation.

Afternoon: Mountain hike and first coaching session

  • Guided hike (location to be determined based on team expectations and capabilities)
  • Team feedback exercise: Work on the concept of gaining perspective, meta-position. How changing viewpoint can help us understand and overcome blockages and impasses.
  • Outdoor coaching session: A self-assessment by the entire team to estimate the team’s maturity level and identify the most relevant actions to implement, defined and carried out by the team itself.

Evening: Convivial dinner

Day 2

Personal development and group dynamics

Morning: Water activity and leadership work

  • Surf session in Saint-Jean-de-Luz: surfing, big surf, paddling, kayaking, bodyboarding (to be determined based on team expectations and capabilities)
  • Team feedback exercise: Reflection on the water activity to make the connection with – How our behaviors and actions in face of challenges and trials we must face in our lives depend not on external elements but on ourselves and our ability to adapt and choose the path.

Afternoon: Getting to know ourselves better

  • Understanding the diversity of profiles and backgrounds within the team and how to make it a lever for performance.
  • Learning to develop feedback among ourselves
  • Closing: Summary of learnings and actions to implement as a team upon return to the company.

Late afternoon: Participants’ departure.
