My career spans three decades, with a strong foundation in engineering, team support, and organizational transformation. Trained as an Aeronautical Engineer, I started my career as an embedded avionics systems engineer before progressing to project manager roles, team management, and then transformation director in a large group for over ten years.
Over these 30 years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead numerous major transformation projects, notably that of a business line with 4,000 people in the aeronautics sector.
My technical foundation, combined with my management and coaching skills have allowed me to enhance the performance of the organization and teams and to lead profound cultural changes within the organization I was supporting.

I have always been convinced that the success of an organization rests on the cohesion and commitment of its teams.
I implemented a leadership model within my organization focused on ‘team performance’, designed for leaders and their teams. This model is based on a co-constructed vision and objectives, with the client at the heart of decisions. Over time, this model has become a reference, both for its ability to align teams and for its contribution to overall performance.
Two key moments redefined my trajectory.
In 2018, I underwent coaching training, an experience that allowed me to add a human and systemic dimension to my leadership skills.
Then, in 2023, a three-month retreat and 1,500 km walk along the Atlantic Ocean offered me a true reconnection with myself and a clarification of my priorities: to support organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals in unleashing their full potential and sustainably reaching new levels of performance, in trust and alignment.
My offerings include organizational transformation programs, training, and team-building activities. I create spaces where performance and rejuvenation meet, allowing everyone to develop their potential while reconnecting with what’s essential.
Experience in Performance
Management and Transformation
Strategic performance management for 7 years at Thales:
- Definition and management of performance plans for a Business Line of 4,000 people and a Global Business Unit of 12,000 people in the avionics sector
- Identification of performance projects linked to strategic ambition, coaching project leaders for organization-wide deployment.
Leading complex transformations for Thales:
- Management of a 6-year transformation program for a business line, impacting 4,000 people (France and international): Organizational restructuring, cultural and managerial evolution, deployment of new roles and processes.
- Management of a program to define and implement innovative workspaces to promote collaboration, innovation, and the implementation of new managerial methods.
Supporting executives and management teams to improve organizational performance: Organization of international seminars for senior executives, support for executive committees and management committees, individual coaching for executives.
Development of leadership and managerial culture to strengthen employee engagement (Thales): Deployment of a 4-year program for 350 leaders ("Trust Inspire") and implementation of a high-performance team model for about a hundred teams.
Training, institutional support and governance:
- CCI: Training of elected officials on their posture and missions and co-construction of the 2-year roadmap.
- Bordeaux Academy: Facilitation of workshops and conferences on the manager's posture in public contexts.

With No Hiking Experience, I Embarked on a 1400 km Journey on Foot, for Three Months, from Sagres (Portugal) to Arès (France), with My 12-kilo Backpack as the Only Companion on My Inner Quest.
